A system that gets a real tune-up twice a year rarely fails at the worst possible time — most breakdowns trace back to small issues that went unnoticed for months. Our Hvac Maintenance visits include a full electrical, refrigerant, and airflow check every time.
A pattern shows up again and again in emergency calls: a maintenance gap somewhere — a neglected filter, a dirty coil, a capacitor that had been degrading for months. Regular Hvac Maintenance visits catch these before they turn into a no-heat or no-cool emergency.
What every maintenance visit covers.
Every visit produces a report with real numbers, so you can track how the system is trending over time.
Maintenance plan members get bumped ahead of non-members for both tune-ups and any needed repairs, which matters most during the first heat wave or cold snap of the season.
Spring visits focus on cooling-side prep, fall visits focus on heating-side prep, covering both systems fully each year — so nothing gets overlooked between seasons.
Discovered repairs get a reduced rate for members, on top of catching the issue before it becomes urgent.
The full scope of a Hvac Maintenance appointment.
Both coils get cleaned and checked for corrosion or bent fins that quietly cut into system efficiency over a season.
Capacitors, contactors, and connections are tested under load to catch components trending toward failure before they actually fail to catch parts that are degrading before they strand you with a no-start call.
We check refrigerant pressure against manufacturer spec to catch slow leaks before they cause a full system failure, which catches a slow leak long before it becomes a no-cool emergency.
We check filter condition alongside static pressure, since the two problems usually compound each other.
Thermostat accuracy gets verified and corrected if it's drifted enough to affect comfort or cycling behavior.
We clear the condensate line and test the float switch, since a clog here is one of the most common causes of both water damage and unexpected shutdowns.
What to expect on a maintenance call.
Schedule your seasonal tune-up, or ask about enrolling in our Hvac Maintenance plan for priority visits.
Tech arrives with the full maintenance checklist and testing equipment already loaded, no separate trip needed for tools.
Findings go into a written report, with any repairs quoted on the spot for you to approve or decline.
You get the completed report and a reminder for the next seasonal visit, so nothing falls through the cracks.
Feedback from members and one-time tune-up customers.
Been on the maintenance plan for two years now and haven't had a single unexpected breakdown. Their technician caught a capacitor trending low last spring before it failed.
— T. Brannigan, homeowner
The written report after each visit is genuinely useful, I can see the readings trending over time instead of just trusting a verbal 'looks fine.'
— A. Kowalczyk, homeowner
Priority scheduling actually matters, got a same-day slot during the first heat wave when everyone else was booked out a week.
— M. Thibodeaux, property manager
Fall tune-up caught a cracked heat exchanger before winter hit, glad it happened during a scheduled visit and not a 2am emergency call.
— N. Escobedo, homeowner
Common questions before enrolling in Hvac Maintenance.
We recommend spring and fall visits, timed to catch problems before each season's peak demand.
Our visits include coil cleaning, electrical load testing, refrigerant checks, and documentation, well beyond a basic filter change.
Plan members get a discounted repair rate, plus most repairs get caught early when they're cheaper to fix, and catching issues early usually means a smaller repair bill regardless.
Any needed repair is quoted separately and only done with your approval — the tune-up itself doesn't include unexpected repair work, and nothing gets done without you signing off first.
Yes, one-time visits are available, though plan members get priority scheduling and a discount on the visit itself, though the plan includes priority scheduling and pricing perks.
Most comprehensive tune-ups take sixty to ninety minutes depending on system size and access, depending on the system and how accessible it is.
Our seasonal maintenance coverage spans Tallevast and the nearby zips shown here — call to schedule or enroll.
